- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Cut off the brown fat from the salmon.
- Place the salmon pieces into a casserole.
- Season the salmon pieces with soy sauce and lemon juice. Then season with lemon pepper, all-around and oregano.
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25 min.
- Boil the rice, follow the directions on the packaging.
- Mix the dip mix with the sour cream.
