Seasoned Salmon with Rice and Dip

Quick salmon dish that only takes 30 min. to make.

Serves: 4 people
Time: 30 min.


  • 4 salmon portions, thawed

  • 2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

  • 1 tsp. all-around seasoning

  • 1 tsp. oregano

  • Soy sauce and lemon juice.

To go with the salmon dish:

  • 4 dl. rice

  • 200 g. sour cream

  • 1 packet of dip mix (dill or garlic go well with the dish)


  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Cut off the brown fat from the salmon.
  3. Place the salmon pieces into a casserole.
  4. Season the salmon pieces with soy sauce and lemon juice. Then season with lemon pepper, all-around and oregano.
  5. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25 min.
  6. Boil the rice, follow the directions on the packaging.
  7. Mix the dip mix with the sour cream.
