Salmon with Mushrooms on a Dish

Salmon and mushrooms are an interesting combination. Try this dish and find out.


(for 4 people/main course or 8 people/starter)

6 portions of salmon on 150 gr.
100 gr. of mushrooms (rinsed, washed and sliced)
2 leeks (rinsed, washed and sliced)
4 cloves of garlic
1 carton of low-fat cream
1 cream cheese (you can use spicy cream cheese)
Salt and pepper
½ stock cube (fish flavour)


The thawed pieces of salmon are placed on an ovenproof dish. Season them with a little salt and pepper.
Fry the mushrooms and leek in a hot pan for approx. 4 minutes and place the mix on top of the fish.
Heat the cream and cream cheese in a pot with the half stock cube and the pressed garlic. Season with a little pepper. You may need to put a little salt in it, but be careful as the cheese is also salty, if you have chosen a spicy cheese.
Pour the cheese sauce on top of the salmon and vegetables.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
