Salmon with blue cheese

Salmon is known for its soft and delicious taste. The cheese combined with a slice of smoked salmon, gives this dish a succulent consistency.


2 salmon portions from Bakkafrost 125 gr.
2 slices of smoked salmon
2 slices of blue cheese

Serve with:

Spinach and avocado and mango salad
Lemon or lime
Crusty baguettes


Slice once horizontally through the pieces of salmon. Insert the cheese and a slice  of smoked salmon in between the two pieces and pierce the fish with sticks. Season with pepper. Place the pieces on a buttered oven-proof dish and add a little water to it.
Put it in the oven at 175°C for approx. 20 minutes.

Rinse the spinach thoroughly and let it dry. Cut the fruit into bits and pour a little lemon juice on it.
