Salmon Pita

Pita is a recognized dish. Master the basic Salmon Pita and then experiment with fillings of your own choosing.


2 portions of salmon on 125 gr
1 pack of pitas
Cherry tomatoes
Sweet corn
Raw onion cucumber
Green olives
Feta cheese
Roasted pine nuts

You decide the amount of ingredients. If you want a lot of vegetables then you add some more.

A fine dressing of your own choosing.


Turn on the oven and heat the pitas.
Cut the ingredients into small pieces and place in suitable bowls.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper and dried herbs of your own choice, e.g. thyme, dill and oregano, and fry it carefully on a pan for some 2½ - 5 minutes on each side.

Once the salmon is cooked, chop it into small pieces with a palette knife.
