Peel the cloves of garlic. Put them into the food processor and mash to a firm mass. Pour in the dill and olive oil and stir a little – just until it becomes firm mash again.
Place the portions of salmon into an ovenproof dish. Put the garlic mix on top of the fillets and put it into the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190°C.
Serve with potatoes or rice, and add some steamed vegetables of your own choice.
