Fry the onions in a tall pan together with the butter or margarine at low heat.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and place them together with the onion.
Curry powder, stock cube, pepper and salt are added.
Let it simmer for approx. 5 minutes
Add water and cream.
Place the pieces of salmon on top when it cooks again. Let it simmer. For 10 – 15 minutes or until the salmon is steamed.
Serve with potatoes or rice.
