Fast Food Salmon Salad

When in a hurry, it's good with an easy and fast dish. Throw everything in a pot and after it is finished you can run of to the daily chores.

Ingredients

(for 2 people)

2 x 125 gr. salmon portions
5 potatoes (medium-sized)
1 onion

Sauce:

1 dl sour cream
½ dl mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dry dill (some people prefer more, some less)
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Chop the onion and put it all in a pot with enough water to cover the potatoes and onion. Place the salmon on top and let it all cook for approx. 15 minutes. (The salmon is on top of the potatoes and is therefore steamed).
Stir up the sauce while it cooks.
When the pot is done cooking, you pour the water from the potatoes, onion and salmon. Let it cool for a while. Then mix everything into the sauce.

Serve with salad or bread (or both).
