The purpose of Bakkafrost's whistleblower system is to give the staff an anonymous opportunity to report something they've witnessed that isn't according to Bakkafrost's internal guidelines or according to national legislation.
This can e.g. be something related to health and safety, food safety, hygiene etc.
When using the whistleblower system you have to write a report on what you've witnessed. The report is then sent to the CEO and the Group HR Director. When using the whistleblower system you are completely anonymous and thus you'll not receive any feedback. If you want to report something that you want feedback on, you can contact the HR-department.
