The purpose of Bakkafrost's whistle blower system is to give the staff an anonymous opportunity to report something they've witnessed that isn't according to Bakkafrost's internal guidelines or according to national legislation.
This can e.g. be something relating to working security, food safety, hygiene etc.
When using the whistle blower system you have to write a report on what you've witnessed. The report is then sent to two employees at the HR-department. When using the whistle blower system you are completely anonymous and thus you'll not receive a confirmation. If you want to report something that you want confirmation on, then you are asked to contact the HR-department.
