The purpose of Bakkafrost's whistle blower system is to give the staff an anonymous opportunity to report something they've witnessed that isn't according to Bakkafrost's internal guidelines or according to national legislation.
This can e.g. be something relating to working security, food safety, hygiene etc.
When using the whistle blower system you have to write a report on what you've witnessed. The report is then sent to the CEO and the HR Manager. When using the whistle blower system you are completely anonymous and thus you'll not receive any feedback. If you want to report something that you want feedback on, you are asked to contact the HR-department.
